Wynnstay Group plc (the Company)
Scrip dividend results & Directors shareholdings
The Company announces that elections to accept the scrip dividend alternative,
announced with the Interim Results on 21 June 2006, were received from the
holders of 3,559,168 ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') in
aggregate, representing 31.2% of the existing issued ordinary share capital.
Accordingly, 27,576 new Ordinary Shares were issued in satisfaction of such
elections, bringing the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company to
11,467,300 Ordinary Shares.
The following directors received new Ordinary Shares under the scrip dividend
