Holding in Company

The Company has been notified that Douglas Gibson has sold 229,118 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each to The Alliance Trust Savings Ltd, where the beneficial owner of these shares is Gareth Gibson.  This increases the direct and beneficial interest of Gareth Gibson to 236,218 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each which represents 8.7% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. As a result of further disposals, the interest of Douglas Gibson has been reduced to 26,500 Ordinary shares which is no longer a notifiable interest.
