CHANGE OF 2011 RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

Xaar plc, the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in Cambridge, has brought forward the date of the announcement of its final results, for the year ended 31 December 2011, to Monday, 19 March 2012.

A presentation to analysts will be held at 9:30am on that day at the London Capital Club, 15 Abchurch Lane, London EC4N 7BW.
