Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility or Connected Persons


The Company announces that on 25 April 2006 Ian Dinwoodie exercised options over
50,000 shares at 88p per share and transferred 25,000 shares to his wife. They
then sold same in the market at 315p per share. Subsequent to these transactions
Ian Dinwoodie holding in the Company is 96,737 shares representing 0.16% of the
Company's issued shares Capital.


The Company also received a notification on 25 April 2006 from John Scott that
on 25 April 2006 his wife sold 3,100 ordinary shares. John's remaining holding
is 69,000 shares representing 0.11% of the Company's issued shares Capital.
