NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company received a notification today from Andrew Taylor informing it that
due to a pending house purchase, on 21 October 2005 he exercised options over
50,000 shares at 88p per share and sold same in the market at 255p per share and
on 24 October 2005 he sold 8,889 share and his wife sold 10,000 shares at 255p
per share. Subsequent to these transactions Andrew Taylor has no holding in the
Company.
