NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company received a notification on 22 November 2005 from Gregory Lockett
informing it that on 22 November 2005 he exercised options over 40,000 shares at
25p per share. He transferred 20,000 shares to his wife on 22 November 2005 and
he and his wife then sold 20,000 shares each on 22 November 2005 at 261p per
share. Subsequent to these transactions Gregory Lockett has no holding in the
Company.
