The Company received a notification on 18 May 2006 from AXA Investment Managers
UK Ltd on behalf of AXA S.A. and its Group Companies informing it that they are
interested in a total of 6,772,049 shares (11.02%) of which 12,200 shares
(0.02%) represent a beneficial interest and 6,759,849 shares (11%) a
non-beneficial interest of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
