The Company received a notification on 30 October 2006 from BlackRock Investment
Management (UK) Limited on behalf of BlackRock Group that they have an overall
aggregate interest in 6,595,208 shares representing 10.72% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital of which 349,904 shares are a beneficial interest.
