Management Limited on behalf of Legal & General Group plc and/or its
subsidiaries informing it that they have a material interest of 1,882,000 shares
representing 3.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Ltd.
