Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from M&G Investment Management 
Limited, informing it that M&G Group Limited, M&G Investment Management Limited 
and M&G Limited no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company. However,
Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary companies have a total notifiable
interest in 6,181,569 shares representing 10.20% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
