Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 7 June 2005 from Merrill Lynch & Co.,
Inc, on behalf of itself and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Ltd, and certain
holding companies, informing it that by reason of the provisions of section 203
of the Companies Act 1985 they no longer have a notifiable interest in the
Company.
