Appointment of non-executive director
Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM:XSG), the developer and provider of polymer based technologies with multiple commercial applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Armfield as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Mr Armfield, aged 56, is a Founding Partner and Director of FCA-authorised Kinetix Critchleys Corporate Finance LLP, which provides advisory services to companies in the Clean Technology and Resource Efficiency industries. Additionally, he is a non-executive director of The Alumasc Group Plc, a manufacturer of premium building products, systems and solutions,
Initially qualifying in law, Mr Armfield subsequently moved into corporate advisory, building a successful career at Lehman Brothers where he worked in Mergers & Acquisitions before becoming Co-Head of European Industrial coverage. He later moved to PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was a corporate finance partner and National Head of Industrial Products.

Mr Armfield is also a director of David Armfield Ltd. There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
