Block Admission Application
Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce the impact of clothing on the planet, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for a block admission of 127,195,640 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on or around the 21 October 2022.
These new Ordinary Shares shall be issued and allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued to participants in the Company's capital fundraise, announced 30 September 2022. The new Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. The Company will announce the number of Ordinary Shares granted and admitted to trading under the Block Admission every 6 months, as required by the UK Listing Rules.
