Publication of Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting

Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM:XSG),  the developer and provider of polymer based technologies with multiple commercial applications, today announces that its Report and Accounts for the 17 month period ended 31 December 2016 will be posted to shareholders today together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will be held at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH on 21^st June 2017 at 9.30am.
