Xeros sees encouraging level of interest following successful week
at The Clean Show
Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'Xeros'), the developer and provider of polymer based technologies with multiple commercial applications, is seeing an encouraging level of interest after a successful week at The Clean Show, the largest textile care exposition in the world, held biennially in Las Vegas, USA.
§ Preliminary discussions with global OEMs following the successful unveiling of a working prototype from Symphony Project
§ Discussions underway with potential Forward Channel Partners ('FCP') to extend Xeros' sales network of approved partners into new geographic territories including the Middle East.
§ Xeros wins Product of the Year award at the Environmental Leader Conference 2017 for its regulatory-compliant polymer cleaning system for firefighter PPE
Mark Nichols, Chief Executive of Xeros, said:
"The encouraging level of interest Xeros received at The Clean Show is a testament to our compelling proposition.
"We are now in discussions with a number of potential partners with the objective of further accelerating the commercial development of our highly disruptive, innovative technology."
Symphony Project
Further to the launch of Symphony Project in April 2017, Xeros unveiled the first working prototype of its retrofit pedestal at The Clean Show. The Group is now in preliminary discussions with a number of global Original Equipment Manufacturers ('OEM's) regarding the potential integration of Xeros' technology into their own-branded products.
The retrofit pedestal, which is compatible with nearly any size or brand of conventional commercial washing machine, can be integrated through a relatively simple process at the end of a manufacturer's production line providing a gateway for the incorporation of Xeros' technology into any commercial washing machine.
Symphony Project will enable manufacturers to sell their own-branded products into the market place as well as receiving a share in the long-term savings that the Xeros technology delivers. Symphony Project is expected to significantly accelerate the commercialisation of Xeros' technology, enabling Xeros to make a financial return on its intellectual property and know-how with relatively low capital intensity.

Forward Channel Partners
Meaningful discussions are underway with potential Forward Channel Partners to extend Xeros' sales network of approved partners into new geographic territories including the Middle East.
The high level of interest from potential partners demonstrates the widespread acceptance and demand across international laundry markets for the sustainability, performance and economic benefits Xeros' technology delivers.
Xeros' FCP programme is creating a broad sales network of approved partners who then also deliver lifetime services and consumables to customers under its proprietary Sbeadycare™ programme.
Environmental Leader Product of the Year award
Xeros won the Product of the Year award at the Environmental Leader Conference 2017 for its regulatory-compliant polymer cleaning system for firefighter personal protection equipment ('PPE'). The award is a significant endorsement of Xeros' ability to meet the highest cleaning performance and operational requirements of this market whilst simultaneously delivering significant energy and environmental benefits.
The Xeros system, which can be used to clean high performance workwear and technical protective equipment across a range of markets including petroleum, mining, construction and the military, marks a significant addition to the Group's established laundry business and is further example of the commercialisation of its intellectual property across multiple large scale global industries.
