Escape Hunt plc (AIM: ESC)

("Escape Hunt" or the "Company")

Directorate Change

Further to the statement included in its unaudited preliminary results announced on 12 May 2020, Escape Hunt, a leading operator of escape rooms in the fast-growing experiential leisure sector, confirms that Adrian Jones' resignation as a Non-Executive director of the Company becomes effective on 31 May 2020 as previously outlined.

Adrian who was part of the original management team which established Escape Hunt prior to its acquisition by Dorcaster and Admission to AIM in May 2017, had previously indicated his intention to step down from the Board at the end of May 2020.  Adrian is based in Malaysia and his knowledge and experience of operating in Asia has been invaluable, particularly whilst Escape Hunt had a significant presence in the region.  However, since Admission, the focus of Escape Hunt's business has moved away from Asia and its operations are today based in the UK.  The Company would like to thank Adrian for his contribution over the years.

As previously indicated, the Company intends to appoint a UK based replacement in due course.
