Issue of equity
Further to the announcement of 26 February 2004, the Company has today issued
and allotted, in aggregate, 37,503 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
in respect of the consideration for the acquisitions of the remaining issued
share capital of XP Electronics Limited and the minority interest in XP Power
Sweden AB.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for
admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities. It is expected that admission will take place on Friday, 12 March
2004.
