                      Board Appointment

IFX one of the world's leading providers of  power
supply  solutions to the electronics industry, today announces
the appointment of Steve Robinson as e-Business Director of the Group.

Steven   Robinson  (37)  was  initially  employed  by  Gresham
Powerdyne  Limited  as  a  power  supply  sales  engineer.  He
subsequently  held sales and sales management  positions  with
Acal Electronics and Chloride Electronics. Since joining the Group in
1996,  Steve  has  held various product and  sales  management
positions prior to becoming joint managing director of XP PLC in  January
2000.

There  are  no  other matters to be disclosed under  paragraph
16.4  of  the  Listing  Rules  of  the  United  Kingdom  Listing
