NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from Citibank, N.A. on behalf of
Standard Life Investments, informing it that following a disposal of 180,000
shares on 13 February 2006 by Standard Life Group their material interest is now
723,116 shares representing 3.828% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
