('XP' or 'the Company')
Transaction in Own Shares
Pursuant to the Company's share option scheme, 7,000 options have today been
exercised. The Company has met this requirement for shares by the issue of 7,000
shares from its holding in treasury.
Following the disposal of these shares, the Company has 20,704,621 ordinary
shares in issue including 903,000 treasury shares held by the Company.
For reporting purposes under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, the market
should exclude any shares held in treasury.
