Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, announces, that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held today were passed.  

The proxies received in respect of resolutions 1 to 8 were as follows:
