Chairman succession

 

XPS Pensions Group plc announces today that Tom Cross Brown has indicated his intention to retire from his role as Chairman of the Company and will not stand for re-election as Chairman at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held on 8th September 2022. Tom will retire from the Group as at conclusion of the AGM. The Nomination Committee will establish a process to identify and appoint a successor and the Company will release a further announcement in due course.

 

Tom Cross Brown, Chairman said: "I am sad to retire and have thoroughly enjoyed working with XPS since the initial IPO and throughout the important changes and developments since. I wish XPS great success in the years ahead."

 

Paul Cuff, Co-Chief Executive Officer said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Tom for his commitment and contribution since his appointment as Chairman in January 2017. Tom has seen the business through a transformational period and we wish him well for his retirement."
