The Company has been notified that on 8 April 2008 Sarl SF Partner, a company
controlled by Frederic Pont, a director of eXpansys, acquired 200,000 shares at
13.5p each.  Following this transaction Frederic Pont has an interest in
1,794,960 shares representing 4 % of the Company's current issued share capital.
