The Company announces that it was informed on 7 March 2008 that Cenkos Channel
Islands Nominee Company Limited has obtained an interest in a further 350,000
ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), resulting
in a total holding of 9,888,259 Ordinary Shares, representing 22.1 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been informed that Cenkos Channel Islands Nominee Company
Limited is the nominee company for Virtual Phone Shop Limited, which is
ultimately controlled by Peter Jones.
