                NOTICE OF RESULTS AND PRE-CLOSE TRADING UPDATE

eXpansys, the leading online retailer of wireless technology, announces that it
will announce it interim results for the six months to 31 October 2007 on 
Monday, 28 January 2008.

The Company continues to experience strong demand for its products, although 
with some pricing pressure particularly in the UK. Overall, the Company remains 
comfortable with market expectations for the year.
