The Company  has  been  informed  that  Mark  Nichols,  Non-Executive
Director of the  Company, purchased  500,000 ordinary  shares in  the
Company at a price of 1p per share on 31 October 2008. Following this
purchase his total holding in the Company is 670,000 ordinary  shares
(representing approximately 0.09% of the current issued share capital
of the Company).
