Exercise of Warrants
1 August 2006
Xtract Energy plc ('the Company') announces that on 30 July 2006 it issued and
allotted 46,100,000 Ordinary Shares following receipt of a number of notices of
exercise of warrants in the Company. The exercise price for the Warrants was 1p
per share.
Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares in the Company and admission to trading of these shares on AIM is
expected to become effective on 7 August 2006.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following these issues is
334,909,800.
