Result of AGM & Change of Name

Xtract (AIM: XTR) announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of the AGM, were duly passed.

Special Resolution 8 proposed that the Company's name be changed to Xtract Resources Plc, which will take effect on 25^th June 2013.  The ticker will remain XTR and the web address will be www.xtractresources.com.
