Transaction in Own Shares

Yellow Cake, a specialist company operating in the uranium sector with a view to holding physical uranium for the long term, announces that, on 11 August 2020, it purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, in accordance with the terms of its enlarged share buyback programme announced on 8 July 2020 (the "Programme"). The Shares acquired will be held in treasury.

Highest price paid per share (pence per share):	217.50
Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence per share):	216.22

Following the purchase, the Company will have 88,215,716 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in issue, of which 2,183,957 ordinary shares are held in treasury.   Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights will be 86,031,759.

The above figure of 86,031,759 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

ABOUT YELLOW CAKE

Yellow Cake is a London-listed company, headquartered in Jersey, which offers exposure to the uranium spot price. This is achieved through its strategy of buying and holding physical triuranium octoxide ("U₃O₈").
