Directors' Dealings
The Company announces that on 13 January 2006 Stephan Shakespeare, joint Chief
Executive of YouGov, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of 292p per share. Following this transaction Stephan Shakespeare's total
shareholding in the Company is 3,360,000 shares, representing 25.16% of the
issued share capital of YouGov.
On the same day, Katherine Lee, Chief Financial Officer of YouGov, acquired
10,400 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 292p. Following this
transaction Katherine Lee's total shareholding in the Company is 10,400 shares,
representing 0.078% of the issued share capital of YouGov.
The shares referred to in the announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 1
pence each in the Company.
