                            Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 14 July 2006 that Peter Kellner, Chairman, Stephan
Shakespeare, co-CEO and Balshore Investments Limited, a company in which the
family of Nadhim Zahawi, co-CEO, has a financial interest, had on that day sold
a total of 1,769,995 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at 440p as follows:

Peter Kellner                                                          267,999
Stephan Shakespeare                                                    669,998
Balshore Investments Limited                                           831,998

The share sales were executed to increase liquidity and satisfy demand for
YouGov stock from a number of new and existing institutional investors.

Following this sale of shares, Peter Kellner, Stephan Shakespeare and Balshore
Investments Limited own 229,126, 2,690,002 and 2,508,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 1.7%, 20.1% and 18.8% of the Company's current issued share capital
respectively.
