YouGov PLC ('the Company') was notified on 3 August 2006 that Fidelity
International Limited (FIL), together with its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
both being non-beneficial holders, has increased its stake and now holds 575,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 4.30% in the Company's
issued share capital.
