Update on Director Information

YouGov plc, the international online market research agency, announces the following recent changes in directorships held by members of the YouGov Board:

Roger Parry

Roger is currently Chairman of You Gov plc, Media Square plc, The Foundation for Liver Research Ltd, The Shakespeare Globe Trust Ltd, Shakespeare Globe Trading Ltd and West Eight Investments Ltd. He recently retired as Chairman from Future plc in September 2011.

Mr Parry was also a director of Litelogic Limited which was placed into administration on 11 February 2009.  The administration was converted to Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 26 October 2009.  A dividend of 9p in the £ was paid to all agreed unsecured creditors on 28 March 2011 and this equates to a deficit of £697,529. Mr Parry was appointed as a director of Litelogic Limited on 15 October 2008 and ceased to be a director on 9 February 2009.

Alan Newman

Alan was appointed as a director of The Freud Museum London in April 2010, of Freud Museum Publications Limited in August 2010 and of Co-Editor Limited in December 2010.

Peter Bazalgette

Peter was appointed as a director of Critical Information Group plc in June 2009, of Debate Mate Limited in December 2009 and of Mirriad Limited in May 2010.

YouGov confirms that there have been no other matters which require disclosure in relation to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
