YOUNG & CO.'S BREWERY, P.L.C. (the 'Company')
9.5 PER CENT. DEBENTURE STOCK DUE 2018 (the 'Stock')
Further to the announcement on 16 May 2007, the Company announces that the
redemption price of the Stock (based on a spread of 0.20% over the yield on the
4% 2016 gilt) is £135.007 per £100 in nominal amount. Accrued interest will also
be paid.
CREST accounts will be credited and/or cheques will be posted on 21 May 2007.
The stock will be delisted.
