Exercise of Options

Manchester, UK - 17 June 2021:   Yourgene (AIM: YGEN), the international molecular diagnostics group, announces it has received notifications for the exercise of options over 400,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 10 pence per share and over 150,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 10.25 pence per share, providing the Company, in aggregate, with proceeds of £55,375 ("Options Exercise"). The options are being exercised by two employees.

Application will be made to the   London Stock Exchange   to admit the aggregate 550,000 new ordinary shares resulting from the Options Exercise to trading on AIM.  Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to occur on or around   22 June 2021. The new ordinary shares will rank   pari passu   with the existing ordinary shares.

For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the issue of shares detailed above the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 723,695,182 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
