Annual Report & Accounts & Annual General Meeting

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report & Accounts (the "Annual Report") for the year ended September 30, 2011 is now available on the Company's website at www.zambeefplc.com and will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

The Annual Report includes information pertaining to the resolutions to be voted upon, and notice of, the Group's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") which will be held at the Taj Pamodzi Hotel, Addis Ababa Drive, Lusaka, Zambia on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 10.00 hours CAT.

The record date is December 26, 2011 and dividends will be paid on or before February 29, 2012.
