Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each fully
paid('shares') to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that
admission will be granted on 14 December, 2000 and that dealings will commence
15 December, 2000.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a
result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following schemes:

1999 Stock Incentive Plan                                               600,000
1999 Non-Qualified Stock Incentive Plan                                 400,000

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
