Revised Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

Notice is given that the AGM of the Company will still be held at the Registered Office, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London, EC3N 2SG on Tuesday 24th May 2011 at 9.00 am.  Revised resolutions have been proposed.
