Under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency rules DTR 5, the following information
falls to be disclosed:


The Company was notified on 12 April 2007 that Barclays PLC, through its
subsidiary Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, has increased its holding to 8,829,067
Ordinary Shares in the Company with effect from 11 April 2007, representing 6.0%
of the Company's total voting rights.


The Company confirms that it has a total number of 147,143,823 Ordinary shares
in issue and total number of 147,143,823 voting rights.
