VANE has been informed by Mike Farrant that as a result of the placing and admission of new ordinary shares in the Company completed yesterday, he has a beneficial holding of 13,500,000 VANE ordinary shares representing 4.54 per cent. of the Company's enlarged share capital. 10,000,000 ordinary shares of Mr Farrant's total beneficial holding, representing 3.36 per cent. of the enlarged share capital, are held in the name of Farrant Estate Ltd. with the balance, representing 1.18 per cent. of the enlarged share capital, held in the name of E. M. P. Farrant.
