The Company has today made application for a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of
2p each ('New Shares') to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM
') in connection with the exercise of share options.


Admission of the New Shares to AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00 am 
on 12th October 2006.
