Ten Alps Communications plc appointment of new Nominated Adviser

Ten Alps Communications plc ('Ten Alps') today announces that it has appointed 
Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited as its Nominated Adviser as well as its 
broker with effect from 15th March 2002.

'Canaccord's corporate finance team represented us in our reverse takeover of 
Osprey Communications plc last July, and we are now very glad to have the 
company as our Nominated Adviser as well,' said Nitil Patel, Finance Director. 
'It makes sense to have everything under one roof.'

successful work on behalf of the company, both before and after July 2001.'
