Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television and content production group, is pleased to announce that that it will publish its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY23") on Thursday 25 April 2024.

Investor presentation

Mark Browning, CEO, and Will Sawyer, CFO, will provide a live presentation relating to the FY23 results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 25 April 2024 at 3:00 p.m. BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00 a.m. the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. Zinc will also be hosting live webinar events prior to the release of the annual results. These are primarily aimed at potential new investors and will provide background to the Group, its strategy, details on the markets in which it operates, and its long term ambitions and outlook.

Zinc Media will be hosting the MelloMonday event on Monday 15 April 2024, starting at 5:00 p.m., taking place via Zoom Webinar. Mark Browning, CEO, will make a short presentation to webinar participants during the event and taking questions. Mark Browning, CEO, will be presenting a live ShareSoc webinar on Tuesday 16 April 2024 5:00 p.m. GMT. The event will provide a full overview of the company. The presentation will last for approximately 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes Q&A.
