                         Notice of Preliminary Results



Ten Alps plc (AIM:TAL), the factual media company, will announce its Preliminary
Results for the year to 31 March 2007 on 18 June 2007.



Ten Alps produces content for TV, radio, online TV and print, and manages
related commercial opportunities.



An analyst briefing given by Alex Connock (CEO), Nitil Patel (FD), and Adrian
Dunleavy (CEO of Communications Division) will be held at 09:30 a.m. on Monday
18 June 2007 at Abchurch Communications, 5th Floor, 100 Cannon Street, London
