                      Ten Alps plc date of interim results


TV company Ten Alps plc ('Ten Alps', the 'Company') expects to announce its
interim results for the six months ended on 30 September, 2005 on Monday 5
December, 2005 unless an announcement is made to the contrary on Friday 2
December, 2005.

Finalisation of the interim results remains subject only to confirmation of the
performance-related element of a government contract, relating to the results
period.  At present, Ten Alps has a preliminary but not a confirmed figure for
the bonus.

On current information, the Company believes that the interim results will show
revenue growth in excess of the 65% year on year growth figure referred to in
the Trading Update of August 24, 2005.
