Teachers TV Contract Update

Ten Alps PLC 13 March 2008 13 March 2008 Ten Alps Plc Preferred supplier status awarded on Teachers' TV contract Factual media company Ten Alps announces that Education Digital 2 Limited, a consortium in which Ten Alps' subsidiary Brook Lapping is a 75% shareholder, has been informed by the Department for Schools, Children and Families that its Teachers TV tender submission has now achieved preferred supplier status. The other participant in the consortium is Independent Television News (ITN), which has a 25% stake. The contract negotiation process is expected to take about 6 weeks, with the new five-year contract starting thereafter.
