KAZOO3D PLC ('Kazoo3D' or the 'Company')

CHANGE OF NAME TO ZOO DIGITAL GROUP PLC

RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The board of Kazoo3D announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company held earlier today, the special resolution to approve the change
of name to ZOO Digital Group plc, amend the articles of association and renew
the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights was duly passed.
