ZOO Digital Group plc, the creative media production and technology company, is pleased to announce the award of shares to Helen Gilder, Group Finance Director.
Helen has been awarded 46,450 shares at a price of 13.75p in lieu of a cash bonus. She will receive 46,450 shares which will be transferred from the wholly owned subsidiary, ZOO Employee Share Trust Limited. After this transfer Helen's total holding will be 46,676 shares, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the company.
