Director's Dealing

ZOO Digital Group plc (LON: ZOO), a world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital media services to the global entertainment industry, was informed on 9^th December 2022 that on 25^th November 2022, Gillian Wilmot, Chairman, sold 1,517 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 182.7501 pence per Ordinary Share.

The sale occurred as part of a probate transfer and was actioned against the instructions of Gillian Wilmot. Gillian Wilmot was informed of this sale on 9^th December 2022.

Upon notification of this sale, Gillian Wilmot then purchased 1,517 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company at a price of 182.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 9^th December 2022

Following the above transactions, Gillian Wilmot holds 31,517 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.035% in the issue share capital of the Company.
