Purchase of shares on behalf of the employee share trust
The ZOO Employee Share Trust Limited (the "ZEST") has today completed the purchase of 160,000 ordinary shares of 15p in the Company at a price of 33 pence per share. ZEST's resultant shareholding is 478,683 shares (representing 2.23% of ZOO's issued share capital). ZEST is the beneficial owner of 183,467 of these shares, the balance is held in trust by ZEST on behalf of employees.
ZEST is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZOO whose purpose is to hold shares in ZOO for the benefit of the employees of the Group.
